Musician Jordan Sheppard is a northeast Louisiana fan favorite. The gritty performer is known for his soulful voice and energy onstage.
Sheppard volunteered his talent to help public radio and he wow'ed our live audience. KEDM's federal funding through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting has been cut by almost $300,000 over the next two years.
Sheppard and other musicians joined together for a benefit concert for the station on October 24, 2025 at West Monroe's Alley Park. The event was generously made possible by the City of West Monroe and Flying Heart Brewing & Pub.
