The Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo reopens to the public after temporary closures due to the damage caused by Winter Storm Fern.
City crew and zoo staff have worked relentlessly to ensure the safety of potential visitors. The City appreciates the public's patience during the closure and welcomes families back to the zoo.
“Thanks to the dedication of our team, the zoo is ready to safely welcome guests back. We truly appreciate the community’s patience and support and look forward to reopening our gates,” said Zoo Director Phillip Crawley.
