The Dixie Center for the Arts rolls into a musical December

The Dixie Center for the Arts is featuring music this holiday season.

The events start on Wednesday, December 10 with one of the world's greatest guitarists Tommy Emmanuel. The Australian born guitarist plays Chet Atkins style acoustic and will bring his Certified Guitar Player program to the Dixie at 7 p.m.

The Christmas Blues show is on December 12 and will feature some of north Louisiana's favorite blues acts including Clay Leblanc, Mr. Taylormade, and more.

The annual Russ-Town Christmas holiday concert is on December 18 at the Dixie. The free holiday big band christmas will have the downtown swinging.
