The University of Louisiana Monroe College of Business and Social Sciences presents The Business Outlook Summit of 2025 will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Bayou Pointe Event Center, 1 Warhawks Way, Monroe, La.
The Business Outlook Summit provides an economic forecast of the nation, region, and state, intended to help guide the community and business leaders as they head into 2026. The event is sponsored by the Biomedical Research and Innovation Park (BRIP).
“This program continues to provide valuable economic data to our regional businesses and community,” said Cathi Hemed, Director of External Initiatives at ULM. “With national, state, and local speakers, ULM offers a well-rounded outlook for businesses to use in preparing for the years ahead,” added Hemed.
With the keynote speaker being National Outlook Expert John Stoltzfus, the Chief Investment Strategist and Managing Director for Oppenheimer Asset Management.
