Ouachita Green's America Recycles Day

Ouachita Green is hosting America Recycles day, held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Monroe Civic Center, 401 Lea Joyner Memorial Expy, Monroe, LA.

America Recycles day is a drive-through event and volunteer opportunity for all. Listed acceptable recyclables include variations of paper, plastics, metal, electronics, glass, household items, paper shredding, and tires. Not accepted items include cyclone fencing, dishwashers, hazardous materials, microwaves, and paint.

Ouachita Green has been striving to keep Northeast Louisiana clean, green and litter free since 2010. Get involved to make a difference in Ouachita Parish.
