The ARCO Board of Directors has announced the upcoming retirement of long-time Executive Director Roma Kidd, who has led the organization for 44 of its 71 years. During her remarkable tenure, Roma strengthened ARCO’s programs, expanded advocacy efforts, and helped create greater independence and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Her leadership has earned ARCO statewide recognition and numerous awards for excellence and service. The Board has begun the search for her successor, with plans to have a new Executive Director in place by year’s end.
