(Ouachita Parish) – On July 4, 2025, Deputies with Ouachita Parish SCAT conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 165 near the Jackson Street interchange in Monroe. During the stop, 2.02 pounds (916 grams) of Methamphetamine were seized.
Gary Thomas was arrested and booked at OCC.
