The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in location 56-year-old Harvey Hammond, Jr.
Hammond is 56 years old, 6’2 tall and weighs 230 pounds. He was last seen by family approximately three weeks ago in the West Monroe area, traveling in his two-tone blue and white 1981 Chevrolet single-cab truck.
