Mother Goose Super Silly Summer Show brings improv to local libraries

The Mother Goose Super Silly Summer show is being held at the Ouachita Parish Public Library. There will be 5 library shows and 3 school shows of the CA Studios production. The remaining free shows will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25 at the Carver Branch and 10 a.m. Thursday, July 27 at the Louise Williams Branch.

The show follows lead character Mr. Atonal through his journey to become a better singer and become Mr. Harmony. The interactive show is never the same, it uses improv and student interaction to shape the show.

Cathy Airhart Webb and Cas Fontana join Cory Crowe for KEDM's Lagniappe.

Originally from Monroe, Cory has worked in a variety of media. He has worked in television news and spent seven years as a TV sports play-by-play announcer. He was also creative director for a television advertising department and worked extensively as a photojournalist. Cory has lived in both Dallas and New Orleans.
