Ouachita Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported shooting at approximately 9:50 am Saturday, May 20th, in the 100 block of Keller St. in West Monroe. The investigation revealed one victim had been wounded and is currently being treated at a local hospital. His identity is not being released at this time.
Joseph Hendricks, Jr. has been arrested and charged with Attempted 2nd Degree Murder. Joseph Hendricks, Sr. has also arrested on drug charges stemming from the incident. Investigators are continuing their investigation; no further details are available at this time.
