Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators are attempting to locate a runaway juvenile, Marzavion Minniefield, age 14.
He is described as a Black male, 5’10” tall and weighing 185 lbs. with blonde highlighted tips in his hair. Marzavion was reported as a runaway on January 9, 2023.
He is known to frequent the area of Coleman St. around the A-1 Mart in West Monroe and the Garden District in Monroe.
