The Louisiana Department of Health recommends COVID-19 testing for any patients who are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath. If you have these symptoms, contact your primary care physician for guidance.

The Department of Health has compiled a list of testing sites:
- St Francis Medical Center - 309 Jackson St, Monroe - 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. - Must have an order from your physician, and your physician must call for an appointment
- Citizens Medical Center - 7939 US Hwy 165, Columbia - Must call ahead to hospital or clinic, and you must have an order from your physician. Once the order is in place patients will be directed to the drive through testing facility located behind the clinic/hospital.
- Morehouse General Hospital - 323 West Walnut St, Bastrop - 8 a.m - 2 p.m., Mondays-Thursdays - Individuals with symptoms are encouraged to call Centralized Scheduling #: 318-283-3725
- SouthStar Urgent Care Bastrop - 2100 East Madison Ave, Bastrop - 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday - Rapid On Site Testing is available. Following CDC guidance for testing requirements.
- SouthStar Urgent Care Winnsboro - 3645 Front St, Winnsboro - 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday - Rapid On Site Testing is available. Following CDC guidance for testing requirements.
