Saturday, July 27, Potential 2 Kinetic (P2K) is partnering with Ouachita Green and Keep West Monroe Beautiful to provide an opportunity for people to participate in a yoga class and a community clean-up.
According to Potential 2 Kinetic founder, Asja Jordan, “Potential 2 Kinetic is essentially a movement that seeks to catalyze growth among individuals and communities through community service projects and physical and mental health practices”. Asja Jordan will be hosting this beginner's based yoga class from 10-11 a.m. at Kiroli Park in West Monroe. This class is all-level and kid friendly. Following the yoga class is the community clean-up along Kiroli Road from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Community clean-up participants are not required to attend the yoga class, however, it is encouraged.
