Policy and a Pint: Partnership for Crime Prevention

Policy and a Pint is Monday, Feb 25 at 6:00 p.m. at 2Dudes Brew & Que.

Join 90.3 KEDM Public Radio for Policy and a Pint on Monday, Feburary 25. In this open community forum we will discuss crime in the Twin Cities.

We will meet at 2Dudes Brew & Que, 436 DeSiard Street in Monroe. Our expert panel of police and community members will be ready to answer you questions and we will hear about problems and solutions from our guests. The "Meet and Greet" begins at 5:30 p.m. The radio event begins at 6 p.m. 

Panelists include Chief Eugene Ellis of the Monroe Police Department, Sgt. Cj Beck from the West Monroe Police Department, and Franz Hill, a member of the Garden District Neighborhood Alliance.

Editor's note: Chief Ellis was unable to attend. Representing the Monroe Police Department was Maj. Vincent Guiterrez.

Originally from Monroe, Cory has worked in a variety of media. He has worked in television news and spent seven years as a TV sports play-by-play announcer. He was also creative director for a television advertising department and worked extensively as a photojournalist. Cory has lived in both Dallas and New Orleans.
