The ELSong Gardens were created by Emy-Lou Biedenharn after her return from her vocal career in Europe.

The Biedenharn Museum & Gardens Christmas Open House is Thursday, December 6- Saturday, December 8 from 5-8 p.m. The museum features a home full of Christmas lights, decorations, and Christmas trees.

The Christmas spirit is in full swing at the Biedenharn Museum & Gardens. "It's kind of extra beautiful for us," says Director Ralph Calhoun. The Monroe Garden Study League, as well as museum employees, decorated the Biedenharn home and outdoor gardens the last week of November in preparation for the open house.

Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus are available for visits and pictures next to the Coke Museum’s Model-T Delivery truck. Photos are free, and parents need to bring their own cameras.

Each room of the museum features a live decorated tree, with 14 live Christmas trees in the fountain room, trimmed with lights and decorations. Thousands of lights illuminate the outdoor gardens. The education building features a Coca-Cola train set and Coca-Cola Christmas village.

More information about the Biedenharn Christmas events is available here.
