- Lea Joyner expressway near the Monroe Civic Center
- North 18th Street extension overpass
- Endom Bridge over the Ouachita River
- I-20 Eastbound ramp at Garrett Road/Pecanland Mall
- I-20 eleveated ramps in downtown Monroe and West Monroe
La. Highway 546 at Interstate 20 and bridge south of I-20 have both reopened.
