Brown Bag Concerts Return for April

Every Wednesday in April, the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council will be presenting the Brown Bag Concert Series in Anna Gray Noe Park. These concerts will be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

The goal of the Brown Bag series is to provide community members free entertainment through other community members. The concerts allow local artists to showcase their talents. The line up for the month of April includes many fan favorite artists.

April Line Up

  • April 5th- Mike McKenzie
  • April 12th- Julian Jones
  • April 19th- Mason Grenade
  • April 26th- Lisa Lee Harper and Sarah Katherine McCallum

There will be chairs set up in Anna Gray Noe Park, but guests are invited to bring blankets if they want to go picnic style. First Baptist Church of West Monroe will be providing lemonade and cookies, and listeners are encouraged to 'brown bag it' and bring their lunch or pick up something on the way.
More information on the Brown Bag Concert Series can be found here, or by calling 396-9520.
