The Lousiana Trust for Historic Preservation was founded in 1979.

Saturday, March 25th, the Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation is holding its  Delta Spring Ramble. Registration for the Ramble will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Poverty Point, and the event begins at 10:00 a.m.

The Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation is  a statewide nonprofit that works to identify, protect, and preserve historic buildings and places. The Trust's Rambles allow participates to do a group style ride around to see historic places in Louisiana. This Spring Ramble will include a tour around Poverty Point, bag lunch in Providence, and a view around Providence's most historic landmarks.

The Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation is completely member funded. Members support the mission of the LA Trust and enjoy perks such as newsletters, tickets to events, and a large discount at Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores.
