Dr. Joneal Kirby presents the "Heartfelt Experience" conference in January. The two-day session shares how women can begin to have deeper conversations and healthier relationships.
"There are special elements that go into building these relationships," says Kirby. "My thing is that we are creating an atmosphere in these small groups to build relationships. We can move past the casual and into more meaningful discussions," she said.
