Love Complicates The Plan in Strauss' "Promises, Promises"

credocompany.com

A junior executive has a plan to win favor and climb the corporate ladder.  But, all doesn't go as planned in Promises, Promises.

The Strauss Theatre Center opens the Neil Simon musical on May 8th.  "It's a delightful show, set in New York, and shows the main character, C.C. Baxter trying to do what he thinks he  needs to do to be successful," says director Robin Stephens.

Baxter, however, finds himself falling for a woman who is involved with his boss.  The twists and turns of what comes next leads into bigger lessons for C.C. and what matters in life.  The program runs May 8-10 and May 15-16 at Strauss Theatre Center.
