(Ouachita Parish) - On September 1, 2025, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire at Double K Estates and Magnolia Drive that led to a shooting on Hwy. 139 at Bayou Oaks in Swartz. One individual was struck and is in critical condition. Allegations have led to the arrest of the following have been arrested and charged:
· 17-year-old William Glasper: One-Count Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
· 17-year-old Brandon Yarrington: One-Count Aggravated Assault with a Firearm
· 18-year-old Daniel Turner (had warrants for prior arrests): Two-Counts Attempted Second-Degree Murder
