The University of Louisiana Monroe Athletics Foundation hosts the "Night of Champions" on Friday, March 31 at 6:30 p.m. at Fant-Ewing Coliseum.
The event is a fundraiser for athletic scholarships and support of student athletes at ULM, and features food, beverages, and both live and silent auctions.
Shelly Hamilton, director of annual giving for ULM Athletics Foundation, elaborates that items sold at the auctions will benefit student athletes. "The students' lives revolve around sports, then they step on campus and wonder how their lives will progress. I asked one student about her skills and recommended her to the medical field."
"By becoming a member of the ULM Athletics Foundation, you are investing in the futures of these students," explains Hamilton.
