OPSO Looking For Missing Teen

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators are attempting to locate Halley Powell, age 17 of Monroe. Halley was last seen at her Monroe residence on August 27, 2019. She is described as a White female, 5’2” tall, weighing 230 lbs. with dark hair and eyes. A clothing description is not available.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Halley Powell is asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
