(Monroe, LA) The City of Monroe will host a joint check presentation by Mayor Friday Ellis. The presentation will take place Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at Monroe City Hall.
The check presentation is part of a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of Monroe and each of the following: the African American Museum, the Arts Council, and the Chennault Aviation and Military Museum.
Each organization will be given a check for $25,000.00 per the Cooperative Endeavor Agreements.
The General Claire L. Chennault Foundation and The Southern Heritage Air Foundation will be given a $25,000.00 for the upcoming air show
