If you missed the retrospective exhibit of Blackwelder's art at the Lincoln Parish Library this fall, this is another chance to purchase work from this beloved artist and art teacher and wonderful crafted creations by our local woodworkers.
On Tuesday, Dec. 2, Century Next Bank presents a memorial art show featuring works by Kit Gilbert, Doug Walton, and Annie Richardson. This tribute honors the three local artists whose artistry, mentoring, and spirit helped shape the Ruston arts community.
Lastly on December 4-6 at 7:00 p.m. and December 7, at 2:00 p.m., A Christmas Carol, directed by Dee Alexander, will be performed at the Dixie Theater. A Christmas Carol is a spectacular adaptation of Charles Dickens' most well-known story.
