(Ouachita Parish) – The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in locating 15-year-old James Leeper.
James Leeper is 5’9 and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen on August 5, 2024, at approximately 12:30am, when he left his residence in Eros. Leeper was wearing jeans and an unknown type of shirt.
