Innovation can make an impact when it engages your audience's interest.  However, there is often a gap when bridging interest and ease of use for a customer.

On Tuesday, September 29, Louisiana Tech University's Business Technology Development Center hosts Jeremy Johnson, Director of User Experience for Projekt 202.

The company specializes in experience-driven application development for clients such as AT&T, Expedia, NFL, Logitech, PayPal, and others.

The center's director, Kathy Wyatt, says Johnson brings an enlightened approach to development.  "He can show how to develop a product appropriately, whether you're working with sophisticated electronics or all the way over to a lemonade stand or lawn service," she said.

Johnson discusses strategies and resources for keeping user experience at the heart of digital development. He'll share thoughts on how to examine your product and what consumers are looking for to get the most out of applications, software, and other digital media.
