The annual Marjorie Stricklin Emerging Artists Competition is Saturday in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall. Musicians and vocalists across Louisiana compete for the overall winner. Awards package includes the opportunity to perform with the Monroe Symphony Orchestra in a future concert.
