The Louisiana Department of Insurance (LDI) is holding an Insurance Pop-Up Office from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26, and Friday, Feb. 27, at West Monroe City Hall, for residents of West Monroe and the surrounding area. The event is co-hosted by West Monroe Mayor Staci Albritton Mitchell.

LDI team members will be on hand to answer insurance questions, help residents better understand their insurance policies and assist with insurance-related matters. LDI staff can also help you navigate the claims process if you suffered damage from the recent winter storm.

“Our team is bringing the LDI directly to the people of West Monroe and surrounding areas to provide in-person assistance for anyone who has questions about their coverage," said Insurance Commissioner Tim Temple. "From discussing rate discounts and wind mitigation to assisting with winter storm claims, our staff is ready to provide hands-on support.”

Kaileah Calloway is a sophomore attending the University of Louisiana Monroe majoring in communication.
