La. Senator Jay Morris On Senate Bill 118

Louisiana Senate Bill 118 would allow most Louisiana citizens to carry a concealed firearm without going through a concealed weaps course.  Senator Jay Morris of West Monroe spoke with KEDM's Cory Crowe about what approval would mean and safeguards built into the bill.
