Immigration and border security have proven to be global concerns. Recently, University of Louisiana at Monroe professor Dr. Robert Hanser presented on the topics to the Chinese People's Armed Police Academy. He notes the similarities of how both the U.S. and China approach the difficult issues. The visit brought about collaborations between ULM's Criminal Justice program and the academy.
