The threat of heavy rainfall and flooding will increase during this week due to a slow-moving upper level low coupled with a series of stalled frontal boundaries. Heavy rainfall axis will shift southeast Tuesday through Wednesday and Thursday with 3-6 inches of rainfall possible.
