The Louisiana Opera presents Don Pasquale as the opera of the summer at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. With two showings, June 7 at 7:30 p.m. and June 9 at 2 p.m., the Louisiana Opera invites the audience to laugh and enjoy Don Pasquale by Gaetano Donizetti at the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall. This production will be performed in English and will feature Ron Ulen, Bray Wilkins, Claire Vangelisti, and Corey McKern.
According to the director, Mark Ross Clark, this production is “like the Godfather, but funnier.”
General seating tickets are $25 and VIP tickets are $50 with preferred seating and a reception with the artists. Tickets are available for purchase at Fiesta Nutrition Center or online at www.ulm.edu/vapa/opera.
