NOVA hosts 6th annual update to the community luncheon

NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana is hosting its 6th annual luncheon to update the community.

The luncheon will take place at the Monroe Civic Center on Wednesday, August 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The luncheon will be the first in-person event since the start of COVID-19.

Admission for the luncheon is $35 per individual or $250 per table of 8. Reservation is available at office@novanela.org.

Paul West, executive director of NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana, says, "The highlight of the luncheon is the success stories."

The guest speaker for the luncheon is Kevin Smith from Regions Bank.

The luncheon is to help give the community a better understanding of what NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana does.

NOVA helps participants find employment in the 21st century through innovation and modern technology. Its vision is to grow the economy of Northeast Louisiana by strengthening its workforce.
