The LSU Ag Center is offering a free cooking class. The class will be taught by Ag Center Agents and professional chefs. The class will feature hands on cooling with instruction on knife skills, kitchen hacks, small appliances, and charcuterie. The event will also feature a food tasting and hands on skills.
The class will be held on April 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the LSU Ag Center, 704 Cypress Street, West Monroe, Louisiana. Registration required for the free class. Call 318-323-2251 for more information.
