Lagniappe: Black Inventors exhibit coms to local museum

Black inventors created many things we use every day. From the traffic light to the light bulb we learn more with Dr. Umar Bey and Ross Slacks on KEDM's Lagniappe.

The Black Inventors exhibit will be at the Northeast Louisiana African American Heritage Museum through the month of February.

Originally from Monroe, Cory has worked in a variety of media. He has worked in television news and spent seven years as a TV sports play-by-play announcer. He was also creative director for a television advertising department and worked extensively as a photojournalist. Cory has lived in both Dallas and New Orleans.
