An investigation by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit has led to the arrest of a suspect on child pornography charges.
Tyler Scott Johnson has been arrested and charged with 1 ct. of Computer-aided Solicitation of a Minor, 1 ct. of Pornography Involving Juveniles-Production, and 1 ct. of Indecent Behavior with Juveniles.
The OPSO investigation revealed the suspect allegedly contacted a juvenile female using Snapchat, under the account name of kevinbolsey20. The suspect exchanged messages and eventually asked for pornographic photographs.
Investigators believe there may be several unreported cases of this nature involving the suspect. If you have any knowledge of any juveniles that may have been in contact with him, using the snapchat account name kevinbolsey20, you are asked to contact the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-329-1200.
Johnson has been booked into OCC on the charges. The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.
