Northeast Louisiana Arts Council President Tommy Usrey says the weekend event is new to the community.  "We did a trial run last year with much success.  This year we decided to have a full-blown festival," he said.

The Friday night event, a tasting event at Bayou Landing, has been sold out.  On Saturday, a Dash & Dine 5k run is partnered with a Walk & Wobble event, which features stops at select restaurants along the route.

Saturday afternoon showcases a wine tasting class. while the evening opens to local restaurants featuring 5 or 6-course meal as part of a dinner celebration.

The festival concludes Sunday with a Fried Chicken & Mimosa brunch.  Proceeds from the festival benefit local arts organizations.
