Coastal News Roundup: Lawmakers Get In Bar Fight Over Coastal Restoration, And More

An invasive bug has been killing a marsh plant known as roseau cane. Huge swaths on the coast have been thinning out, as seen here. More than a year since the problem was first noticed, the state is pulling in more money to fight the problem.
