UPDATE, 12/17/2014 3:55 p.m. - Assistant District Attorney Neal Johnson has released the name of the West Monroe police officer who shot and killed a homeless man on December 4th. The officer has been identified as Officer Jody Elkin Ledoux.---Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Investigators have completed their investigation of a fatal shooting involving a West Monroe Police Officer.
