  Support ULM by attending this year's Wine Over Water!  This exclusive party is held on the beautiful ULM campus. Proceeds go to "The Spirit of The Warhawk" scholarship. 

Bridge Party tickets are $60 per person and include food from 25 local restaurants, wine provided by Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, beer provided by Marsala Beverage, a commemorative wine glass, boat rides on the bayou provided by B & L Marine, and entertainment featuring Flashback 5. 

It’s Spring Fever Week at ULM

It’s time for the University of Louisiana Monroe’s annual Spring Fever Week, Monday, April 8 through Friday, April 12. The week of activities, games, contests, food and performances is sponsored by the ULM Campus Activities Board.

A highlight of Spring Fever Week will be the live comedy performance of DeRay Davis and Jay Pharoah at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 11 at Fant-Ewing Coliseum. Tickets are: students — $10 general admission, $15 floor seating and for the public — $20 general admission, $25 floor seating. Tickets can be purchased at ulm.edu/concert.

The University of Louisiana Monroe announced Tuesday, April 2, 2019, that it would provide healthcare screenings and education events to citizens in Union, Morehouse, Richland, East Carroll, West Carroll, Tensas, Madison and Bienville parishes for the next three years thanks to a $96,679 grant from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana Foundation.

The University of Louisiana Monroe FemHawks and the Sexual Assault Response Team of Ouachita Parish will sponsor the annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes on Wednesday, April 10. The 1-mile walk’s purpose is to bring awareness to sexual assault and domestic violence while creating gender solidarity. Registration is at 3:30 p.m. in the quad and the walk starts at 4 p.m.  Walk a Mile in Her Shoes is an international men’s march to advocate against sexual violence.

Join us in a casual setting March 28 to meet the Faculty and Staff who work with students in ULM Online programs! The open house will be from 6-9 p.m. Current ULM Online Students are encouraged to come and meet the people they have been interacting with online. Prospective students are encouraged to come and find out more about the online programs ULM offers.

Representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, the ULM Online Office, and Academic Programs will be on hand to answer any questions.

The College of Arts, Education, and Sciences at the University of Louisiana Monroe is hosting the Spring 2019 Art Crawl at several campus locations on Thursday, February 28, from 5-7 p.m. The exhibition in the CAES Dean’s Conference Room will honor ULM’s 50th anniversary as a university.

Admission is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.

The University of Louisiana at Monroe’s Kitty Degree School of Nursing acquired a $26,000 grant from the Living Well Foundation in West Monroe.

The grant will help fund the Mobile Bridge to Health project at ULM. According to Dr. Rhonda Hensley, associate director of the graduate program at the ULM Kitty Degree School of Nursing, the program will provide free medical and counseling services to much of the homeless population in Ouachita Parish.

KEDM has been named as a finalist for multiple awards in the Louisiana-Mississippi Associated Press Broadcasters and Media Editors contest.

KEDM News and Public Affairs Director Cory Crowe was named a finalist for 

"Best News Anchor" in Louisiana - Mississippi. The award recogonizes a composite of  "Live" work by a broadcast news anchor.
