ULM Holds Festival of World Languages

Saturday May 6th, the University of Louisiana Monroe's School of Humanities is holding its Festival of World Languages. This event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Union Building's Ballroom.

The Festival of World Languages hosts eight regional high schools to showcase the Language Department at ULM. The students will participate in karaoke in different languages, go through presentations from different ULM students and falculty, and learn about some of the job opportunities in the world of languages.  There will be presentations concerning Spanish, French, Old English, Choctaw, and even the influences of the language of Yoda from Star Wars.
