A downtown renaissance is happening in Monroe and West Monroe. New businesses are flocking to once vacant buildings and food and night life are following. KEDM's Policy and a Pint took a look at what is encouraging investment our downtowns and how to market what we've got.

Our expert panel joined a live audience at Trapp's in West Monroe for a lively discussion.
