New Cabins To Open At Lake Bruin

Outside of 3-bedroom deluxe cabin available at Lake Bruin State Park starting June 7, 2019.

The Louisiana Office of State Parks will officially open new overnight accommodations on Friday, June7, 2019, at Lake Bruin State Park. These new cabins will provide visitors additional accommodation options. Two standard cabins and one deluxe cabin will be available for reservations, made by calling 877-226-7652 or by visiting www.ReserveLaStateParks.com.

 

The 1-bedroom standard cabins, located lakeside in the northern area of the park, are ADA-accessible and sleep up to 4 people with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Outside amenities will include a barbecue pit, a fire ring, and a picnic table.

 

The 3-bedroom deluxe cabin will sleep up to 8 people with two queen beds, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa. The deluxe cabin features a two-car carport, washer and dryer, and two dedicated boat slips inside the park.

 

Additional amenities available at each of the facilities include dishes and cookware, linens, WiFi, and satellite television. The standard cabins will rent for $85/night, plus tax, Sundays through Thursday, and $95/night, plus tax, Fridays and Saturdays. The deluxe cabin will rent for $150/night, plus tax, Sundays through Thursday, and $175/night, plus tax, Fridays and Saturdays. A $6 non-refundable transaction fee is assessed on each reservation made online, via phone, or as a walk-in.
