Monroe Men Arrested On Human Trafficking And Pandering Charges

A joint operation of Louisiana State Police Special Victim's Unit detectives, investigators from the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office and FBI Task Force Agents arrested two men on human trafficking charges earlier this week.

34-year-old Jay Jaggers III of Monroe was arrested and charged with pandering and 26-year-old Vintrone Jackson of Monroe was arrested and charged with pandering and human trafficking a person under the age of 21. Both men were booked into Ouachita Correctional Center.
