A man who was accused of firing a firearm multiple times in the 100 block of Brook Orchard Blvd. has been arrested by the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office.
Deputies detained Richard L. Wall of Monroe at approximately 3:20 p.m. after they were able to determine that Wall had fired erratically in the neighborhood. He appeared to be impaired and possibly under the influence of narcotics according to the investigators involved.
Wall was taken into custody and booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center for Illegal Discharge of a Weapon and other pending charges.
