expected today on the west side of Tropical Storm Ida as she
drifts north across Western Mississippi.

Parish, Ouachita Parish, Winn Parish, Caldwell Parish and La
Salle Parish. In Arkansas, Union County.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft.
