Cleaning Up for a More Beautiful Louisiana

The Recycle Drop Off is a free service to the community.

Saturday, November 4th, Ouachita Green is hosting a local America Recycles Day Drop Off event. This event will be held at the Monroe Civic Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Ouachita Green will be accepting tires, office papers, magazines, household appliances, scrap metal, computer accessories, and plastic containers. They will also be accepting Goodwill donations such as clothes, shoes, accessories, and working electronics. 

Ouachita Green is a local nonprofit that works under the Keep Louisiana Beautiful campaign to promote environmentally friendly practices and lifestyles in the area. Ouachita Green hosts many events throughout the year to benefit the community including Water Sweep, Recycle Drop Off Day, the Great American Clean Up, and more.
