Does Implicit Bias Training Work?

Many companies and organizations, including police departments, are requiring employees to go through implicit bias training. The idea is for them to recognize their prejudices and assumptions and how they can impact their behaviors.

But as Alan Yu of WHYY’s The Pulse reports, many experts say the training alone is not enough.
