News AssistantSydney Russo is originally from West Monroe, Louisiana. She is currently enrolled in The University of Louisiana at Monroe and is studying Communications. Her concentration is in Digital Media.
Sydney is hoping to learn more about the media aspect of this career path. However, her strength is in writing. She hopes to be able to strengthen her writing skills while here at KEDM Public Radio.
Sydney’s plan after graduation is still unknown but hopes to find some insight through her internship here at KEDM Public Radio.
In her spare time, Sydney enjoys spending time with her son, Turner. She also enjoys supporting her sister throughout her high school career in sports.
